we are using single user tally since 2008 last week i upgrade my machine now i cann’t activate tally license.

First time you have to activate your Tally license when newly brought.
Onwards you have to re-activate your Tally License whenever you surrender or format your machine.

This is a limited period rental license. Ensure that you renew this before expiry to experience uninterrupted use of Tally.ERP 9. how will i renew it???

In product select Tally.ERP 9 Silver (Single User) Rent then type your Tally.ERP 9 Serial number, select the month or quarter for which you want to renew it and then click on proceed for pay.
