You can export data from excel to Tally but through Tally add on or other utilities.

how to add a line in a voucher?
Dear Alok
If you Dr Amount is equal to Cr Amount it will not ask for new dr or cr. It will save the entry.
But if your Dr Amount is not equal to Cr Amount it will add a line in voucher either dr or cr to make it amount equal.

Could someone share what is the shortcut or a way to insert a line during voucher entry. Like we have Ctrl + D to delete a line in the existing multiple line JE, what is the shortcut for inserting a line in between the multiple line JE.
