Following Services are covered in AMC:

  • Unlimited Visits Annually Month.
  • Regular e-mails for the new up grade or up gradations & changes in Tally.
  • Installations of new versions & up grades along with the training of the same.
  • Unlimited Online Telephonic Support & mailing support
  • Training during the period. (Includes only operating training, statutory Compliances & new reporting introduced if any.)
  • Splitting up of the data annually as and when required
  • Advice & help to use the software to the maximum extend
  • Data loss prevention strategies will be provided by you
  • Support Call shall be scheduled 24 to 48hrs. prior notice
  • If any customization required, shall be charged as per your company requirement
